Resident Membership
If you live in postcode areas BN1, BN2, BN3 or BN41 you can join our Resident Membership scheme and enjoy half-price tickets year-round! Resident Membership is free, and entitles you to year-round half price flight tickets, discounts on our special events and a 10% site-wide discount for our shop, cafe and restaurant.
To sign-up to our Resident Membership, please email hello@brightoni360.co.uk with the following information:
(memberships for children aged 4-15 years are not required as their tickets may be booked under the adult’s membership. Children aged 0-3 will receive a free ticket.)
- A clear head and shoulders photo, preferably in a .jpg format
- Photo ID*
- Proof of address**
- Contact email address if different from the one you have emailed from
- Contact mobile phone number
*a photo driving licence is acceptable as both Photo ID and proof of address

If you are renewing a membership or have held a membership before, please email hello@brightoni360.co.uk quoting your previous membership number(s) and attaching an up-to-date proof of address (which should be no more than three months old) and an up-to-date photo for each person.
