10th Anniversary Stargazing Pod Journey – Dark Skies at Brighton i360

Celebrate 10 years of the South Downs National Park as an International Dark Sky Reserve with a truly unique stargazing experience above Brighton.

Enjoy a special 45-minute pod journey on the Brighton i360, rising to 450ft for uninterrupted views of the night sky. The experience includes an expert talk titled “A beginner’s guide to the night sky” by Dan Oakley, Director of Darkscape Consulting and former Dark Skies Lead at the South Downs National Park Authority.

There will also be the opportunity to experience a short immersive stargazing journey through the South Downs National Park using virtual reality, alongside relaxed, family-friendly constellation activities after the talk.
