• Please ensure you arrive 20 minutes before your chosen timeslot. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18+. 

• The time displayed on your ticket will read 20:00, but the View 360 Anytime tickets admit entry to any available flight throughout the day. 

• Some timeslots may not be available to the public, including View 360 Anytime ticket holders, due to unforeseen closer, private events etc. On the day of your visit, please contact the venue directly to check pod operating times. 

• We endeavour to contact customers in advance regarding unforeseen pod closures.
