Brighton i360 is fully accessible for wheelchair users. All guests with a disability are entitled to bring a companion or carer to Brighton i360 free of charge or for half price on special events. A companion may be a family member, friend or registered carer.

Accessibility Bookings

Bookings for View 360 accessibility and carer tickets can be made online here, in person at our ticket office, or by phoning 03337 720 360 (option 1) – no telephone booking fee will be charged. Other tickets can be added by selecting View 360 after your have added your View 360 accessibility tickets to your cart.

Accessibility bookings for all other tickets can be made over the phone or in person at our ticket office.

Facilities

There is an accessible toilet on both the upper and lower levels.
Assistance dogs are permitted at Brighton i360, but please advise us when you make your booking if you are bringing your dog. The dog must remain under your control at all times and you must be confident that your dog will not be distressed by traveling in the enclosed glass viewing pod.

Unfortunately, the passenger lift between the upper and lower esplanades at the i360 is currently out of order due to vandalism.

If You Require Alternative Step-Free Access

There are two alternatives if you require step-free access to visit us, and these are as follows:

A ramp is situated to the east of Brighton i360, connecting the upper level and the beach level. The ramp is situated opposite The Grand Hotel.
Disabled parking is available at Regency Square Car Park and there is a subway leading from the car park through to beach level.

Our Guest Experience staff are also on hand at our ticket office on the upper esplanade and in our gift shop on the lower esplanade should you have any questions or require any further assistance

Wheelchairs

We keep a limited number of wheelchairs at Brighton i360 for use during your pod flight. These are available on a “first come, first served” basis from our shop and are not available to pre-book. Your credit card details must be given as security, and we may charge you up to £250 if the wheelchair is damaged or not returned.

There is a safety limit on the number of wheelchairs permitted on the pod on any one journey. We therefore recommend that you book your timeslot as early as possible.
