1. Moksha Caffe
Situated in the North Laine, Moksha Caffe serve up delicious breakfast, brunch & lunch using fresh, local and ethical produce. They offer a mouthwatering range of breakfast foods from the humble full English to a hearty shakshuka, all paired with a range of cocktail options that can be bumped up to their bottomless option – giving you 90 minutes of endless fizz!
2. Starfish & Coffee
An independent neighbourhood cafe a stone’s throw from the Royal Pavilion, Starfish & Coffee burn a serious flame for mouthwatering brunch dishes. Not only is their menu utterly delicious, Starfish & Coffee only supply local, seasonal produce, with ham and free range eggs sourced from Holmansbridge Farm near Lewes, sausages and bacon from Ockham Farm in Ewhurst Green, milk from Ringmer cows, and smoked salmon from Edburton.
3. Lost in The Lanes
A contemporary café nestled in the charming Lanes, offering a heavenly selection of Has Bean coffees, speciality teas, a whole host of nutritious dishes and daily changing salads. Lost in The Lanes not only promises a delicious brunch, but also ‘a lovely restful experience’ – ideal for those looking to nurse a hangover after a boozy night on the town.
4. Mange Tout
French for ‘eat everything’, Mouge Tout boasts a delicious list of daily changing starters, mains, sides, cheeses and desserts. All their produce contains fresh, sustainable ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. Pair a collection of small plates with one of their locally roasted coffee and sustainably sourced teas, or if you’re looking for something a little stronger, try one of their natural wines.
5. XOXO
Found in bustling Prince Albert Street, XOXO’s Brighton outpost is a perfect spot for al-fresco dining. Breakfast and brunch are XOXO’s speciality, so you know when it comes to the menu you will have plenty to pick from. The extensive menu includes favourites such as eggs benedict and huevos rancheros, or pick a pancake sharing board. Enjoy a brunch dish of your choice along with bottomless frozen margaritas, Frose, Sol beer or prosecco!
