Nestled right along the seaside, this lovely spot boasts the most amazing fish dishes. If you are looking for a sophisticated dining experience with a menu crafted around the freshest catches of the day, then this is the place for you. 

From tasty oysters, to Cornish crab, The Salt Room has it all. Once you have a stroll along the ocean, you can settle down for a one-to-one meal with your significant other to enjoy a marriott of seafood.

2. Sky Bar i360: Sparkling Wine With a Brighton View

If you are planning your Brighton day trip itinerary, then our Sky Bar 360 cannot be missed. Before you hit your favourite Brighton restaurant, you can ascend to the highest bar on the South Coast at the Brighton i360. In our viewing pods, you can soak up all the views our wonderful city has to offer and even treat yourself to a Nyetimber (a delicious sparkling wine). Or, if your day trip in Brighton includes sampling some of the local delicacies, then we would recommend sipping a Brighton Gin. Distilled right here, in our vibrant city, this gin will transport you straight to that summer feeling. 

If alcohol isn’t on the menu for you, you can still enjoy the atmosphere of our viewing pods and try one of our refreshing non-alcoholic drinks from Folkingtons – another local drink producer.  As well as experiencing the stunning views that Brighton has to offer on our viewing pod, you can also enjoy an appetiser. 3. i360 Brighton’s Sea View Café: Coffee By The Sea

Located slightly away from the seaside, in the heart of The Brighton Lanes is Petit Pois.
